The Leader In Me

As our mission is to develop global impactful leaders, student-led conferences are how our school conducts traditional parent-teacher conferences. 

​

Our students practice leadership skills, such as communication, goal-setting, action planning, monitoring and adjusting their progress, and self-reflection. They articulate their goals to their parents and whether or not they have met them and what the process of learning was and felt like. 

​

Next steps and future goals are also discussed at these conferences. As a parent, they have the time to ask their child questions about their academic, as well as their social-emotional progress.

​

Additionally, the child's teacher is also present to answer any questions as a facilitator.
